These terms cover your use of Lyra, operated by ניקולאי בטורין ורומן ופרינסקי, trading as כוכבים ברשת (עוסק מורשה 558625729), 2 Yehadut Sfarad St, Apt. 26, Ashkelon 7868030, Israel. By creating a workspace you agree to them.
What Lyra is
Lyra connects to social media platforms on your behalf so you can publish, schedule, read results, answer messages and manage advertising from one place. It acts on the accounts you connect, using the permissions those platforms grant.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Keep it to yourself.
- You must be 18 or over and using Lyra for a business.
- Everyone you invite into a workspace acts on your behalf, and you are responsible for what they do there.
Accounts you connect
You must have the right to act for every account you connect. If you manage accounts for a client, you must have their permission — and where we provide a client portal link, that permission should be theirs to give and take back directly.
Each platform has its own terms and you have to keep to them as well as these. If a platform suspends or restricts an account, that is between you and them; we cannot appeal on your behalf.
What you publish
Your content stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it and send it to the platforms you choose. You are responsible for it being lawful and for holding the rights to it.
You may not use Lyra to send spam, to impersonate anyone, or to break a platform's rules.
Advertising
Where you connect an ad account, the money is spent from that account and by you. We are not a party to it. The monthly limit feature writes a spending cap into the platform's own settings — the platform enforces it, not us, and we do not guarantee its behaviour.
Availability
We try to keep Lyra working and do not promise it always will. Much of what Lyra does depends on other companies' APIs, and those change, rate-limit and break without warning. A post that a platform rejects is reported to you; it is not a failure we can undo.
Ending it
You can stop using Lyra and delete your data at any time — see the deletion page. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or a platform's rules, and will say why where we can.
Liability
Lyra is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for anything a platform does to your accounts. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
